Unclear requirements:
connect an implementation decision to the user need and evidence behind it.
Keep user needs in focus from design handover to release, with practical UX guidance for your development team.
Support Capabilities
Research findings become useful when teams can act on them. We help product, design and engineering teams translate agreed user needs into implementation priorities, review developing experiences and resolve UX questions as the build progresses.
What we look at
How we study it
When to research
Use this support when your team is implementing research recommendations, moving from prototypes to a working product, or improving an existing journey. It is also useful when technical constraints require a design change and you need to understand its effect on users.
A small team may need a focused handover and a few milestone reviews. A larger organization may need support across several teams, releases or products. We agree the review scope, working rhythm and responsibilities around your delivery plan.
Our approach
Our approach
We choose methods according to the decision your team needs to make, the people involved and the context of use.
Findings are linked to observations and participant accounts, with coverage and limits kept visible.
From context to opportunity
connect an implementation decision to the user need and evidence behind it.
consider loading, empty results, validation, permission limits and recovery from errors.
assess whether technical compromises introduce avoidable friction.
review important flows against agreed component and content guidance.
identify what can be clarified from existing evidence and what needs additional testing.
help distinguish serious task barriers from lower-impact refinements.
The output
Depending on scope, you receive handover notes, annotated build reviews, an issue log, clarification records and recommendations for priority fixes. User testing deliverables can include task findings and a summary of the changes that need further attention.
Issue records describe the affected journey, steps to reproduce, observed behavior, user impact and recommended action. We agree how priorities, owners and resolution status will be tracked with your team. A follow-up review records what was rechecked and what remains outside the review scope.
Research focus
A UX review checks the experience against agreed requirements and identifies issues that need attention. Usability testing provides evidence of how intended users understand and complete tasks. We distinguish review observations from participant findings and recommend additional research when the answer is uncertain.
We can examine selected responsive layouts, content, interaction states and accessibility barriers within scope. This does not establish full device coverage or accessibility compliance. Specialist technical assessments are agreed separately where required.
Research focus
We can collaborate with your internal team or appointed development partner through scheduled reviews, clarification sessions and agreed project channels. Support may cover a defined milestone or a recurring review period. Availability, turnaround expectations and access requirements are confirmed in the proposal.
Development Support is a UX implementation support capability, not an automatic commitment to write production code or operate your software. Engineering, deployment, security testing, performance testing and ongoing maintenance remain with the responsible teams unless separately contracted. Your organization retains release approval.
Global research
For products serving different markets, reviews can include agreed language versions, longer translated content, local formats and relevant device contexts. We define the coverage in advance rather than assume one tested version represents every user or market.
We agree authorized access, recording and information-sharing arrangements before reviewing a build. Test accounts and non-production data should be used wherever practical. Research sessions require appropriate consent and safeguards for the tasks and information involved.
Before we begin
Yes. We first review the available research, designs and implementation status. Where evidence is missing, we identify the uncertainty and agree whether a focused study is needed.
No. Our focus is whether the implemented experience supports agreed user needs and tasks. Functional, integration, security and performance testing require their own coverage and responsible teams.
No. Reviews and testing cover defined tasks, versions and environments. We make the coverage and remaining risks explicit; they do not guarantee every issue will be found or a commercial result will follow.
Share what you are building, the stage of development, priority user journeys and expected milestones. Include existing research or designs if available. We will discuss the scope, deliverables, team responsibilities, timing and budget before work begins.
