How to join

Choose web or Android.
Visit WeSample or download Brand Reviews from Google Play. Follow the registration process on your chosen platform and review its terms and privacy information. Account access and opportunities may differ between platforms.

Provide accurate details.
Complete the information requested for your profile. Do not create duplicate accounts or claim experience you do not have.

Check available opportunities.
Read the study requirements and any screening questions. A study may need a specific location, product experience or participant group.

Decide whether to take part.
Review the study information, consent requirements, recording arrangements and reward conditions, if any. Ask for clarification before sharing sensitive information.

Share honest feedback.
Give your own experience, including difficulties and negative feedback. You should not be guided to give a favourable opinion to qualify for a reward.

Own panels and partner panels
We support research recruitment through our own panels and partner panels across the countries listed below. The recruitment route depends on the country, audience and study requirements. Available sample and delivery timelines are confirmed for each project.
Across our own and partner-panel network, we deliver more than 400,000 completed surveys worldwide each month. This is our overall survey delivery volume, not a claim that all completions are user experience surveys or that every country has equal capacity.
A partner-panel participant may register and receive invitations through that partner’s platform rather than WeSample. Partner-panel reach does not mean UX Pacific owns a local panel in every country, and it does not guarantee that direct WeSample registration is available there.

Participation and rewards
Use the current study invitation and platform terms to understand eligibility, completion requirements, any quality checks, reward value and payment arrangements. This page does not set a universal reward rate, payment schedule or welcome bonus.
Participation should reflect your genuine experience. Do not share someone else’s responses, upload material without permission or disclose confidential employer, customer or third-party information.
Before a recorded activity, understand whether your image, voice or responses will be used for research only or shared more widely. Joining a panel is not blanket permission to publish every recording.

Frequently asked questions
Is joining the same as being selected for a study?
No. Each study has its own criteria and capacity. Check the current platform information and invitation.
Can I take part from any country?
Do not assume so. Check your chosen platform's registration options and ask about availability for your location. Android app availability may vary by country and device. Partner-panel access may follow a different process.
Do I need to be a research expert?
Studies usually seek relevant experience rather than research expertise. The invitation explains who is eligible.
Who handles my account or payment question?
Use the support route on the platform or invitation that manages your participation. For questions about this page, contact UX Pacific.
What if I do not want to continue?
Review the platform's account settings and privacy information for leaving the panel or making a data request. Individual studies should explain their withdrawal arrangements.
