Distinct Buzz UX Audit

Overview

Distinct Buzz needed a clear view of where users struggled across key digital journeys. The audit examined information architecture, interaction patterns and content clarity against realistic user goals.

Instead of treating issues as isolated visual defects, findings were connected to affected tasks, user risk and practical next actions for design and product teams.

The Challenge

Users were expected to understand offering value, navigate options and complete key actions with limited guidance. Dense content and unclear hierarchy risked slowing discovery and reducing confidence.

The team needed evidence that could separate quick interface fixes from changes requiring deeper research or prototyping.

Approach

We reviewed priority screens and flows through heuristic evaluation, task walkthroughs and comparative pattern analysis.

Each finding was scored by severity and effort so teams could sequence immediate improvements and longer-term validation work.
